Tony Karam was born in Beirut, Lebanon In 1971. He started playing the piano at age 2 and gave his first live concert at age 2 and a half.

He played on UAE National TV at the age of five and gave his first solo sold out performance at age 7. He performed all over Europe and was offered multiple scholarships to study music at prestigious conservatories around the world. Tony declined these offers and focused on succeeding in his academic studies and graduated from Medical school at The George Washington University, in Washington, DC, USA.

He specialized in Obstetrics, Gynecologic Surgery and Infertility and returned to his home land and established a successful private practice. He continues to perform piano recitals both in Lebanon and the USA.
