Splash of Snow

2021

I was eight years old when I first stepped foot in a ski school. We were at the lowest curve of the slopes, and as usual, I wouldn’t wait for my ski instructor.

I grabbed the ski lift and started the climb, it’s just that I didn’t know how to get off. Quite expectedly, I ended up falling around the mechanism, hanging breathlessly upside down.

And so, once again, I was saved by the instructor himself.

Yet all I had in mind, was the white splash of snow on my face dripping down my entire body.
