The anchor was let down at the grotto’s entrance. The water was this big turquoise stone spread out at my feet. In the multiple shades of blue, I took a dive and swam to the “Grotta Azzura”.
It was strictly forbidden to enter due to the high waves, but it was that what made it even more exciting. The water was extremely calm, so I slid into the sparkling serenity. The silence within the cave was mesmerizing, and I removed my swimsuit only to feel the magical freshness of the water invading my entire body.
It was a Capri Blue moment in time.
